New enrollment selections will be effective January 1, 2012. You should receive your new membership cards by January 14, 2012 if your enrollment form was timely submitted. In the email subject line type: "URGENT CONFIRMATION OF COVERAGE NEEDED"  and EUTF will review these emails as a priority and take steps to rush your enrollment.
